Based on customer request for smaller grinders, as well as seven months of data analysis since we've bought the deli, we have come up with new grinder and sandwich prices that will hopefully accommodate everyone and pay our bills. Some prices are inevitably up - just about the same amount as the cost of living (COLA) increase.
Our grinders are now 6 inches and 12 inches. The 12 inch one is the same as our previous large, with the same amount of meat and veggies. The 6 inch is half of that. Wraps have as much meat as a large, and sandwiches as a small.
We are also basing our prices on which meats you get on your sub. This is common at other sandwich shops, and long overdue at the deli. The pricing structure is based on our costs.
