Happy third of July. This fireworks picture was taken from the top of the Radio Deli building a few years ago by Pam. Why is it that Burlington has their fireworks on the third? I'm sure someone knows.

Being that it's Thursday, we'll be having meatloaf. And then, later in the day, we'll be having some special "3rd of July" dinners: chicken fingers, potato salad, macaroni salad, chili dogs, pulled chicken with coleslaw and FRITO PIE!!

What is Frito Pie you ask? It's Frito's, chili and shredded cheddar cheese. Google it.
