We will be closed on Monday so Pam can have a day "off."   She has worked seven days a week for months now and needs some time to be able to plan and interview people so that we can not only open on Mondays but expand our hours and include delivery.  Please let people know we are hiring for deli, cook and dishwasher positions in order to make this happen.
